If the package arrives with any damage, please write to us at hola@teresabergamota.com on the same day the package is delivered so that we can deal with the problem. Keep the package as you received it. Any communication not sent to this e-mail address may be considered invalid.
If your package is a gift, make sure that the recipients are at home during those days to avoid any possible problems with breakages or if someone can open the package on their behalf and confirm that everything has arrived safely. For wedding gifts make sure that the bride and groom are not travelling or give us another delivery address where you can check the condition of the package. We are not responsible for the costs of deliveries with incorrect delivery details. In such cases the customer must bear the costs of a second shipment. In cases where packages are returned to our workshop, we are not liable for the cost of a second shipment.
At Teresa Bergamota, courier deliveries take between 24/48 days to reach their destination (in some specific locations or islands, slightly longer). In total, from the moment an order is placed, it takes approximately 1-2 working days to receive it. On Saturdays and Sundays our courier does not deliver and we do not prepare orders. When we have prepared your order and we give it to the courier, we will send you an email to let you know that it is on its way to its destination. Always check your SPAM if you do not receive the confirmation email.
If for any reason we are unable to meet the delivery date, we will inform you of this circumstance and give you the option to go ahead with the purchase by setting a new delivery date or cancel the order with a full refund of the price paid. We do not make any profit on the delivery of your products, so we promise that if we manage to improve the conditions with the courier, we will pass on the discounts obtained to our customers.

This website presents prices inclusive of VAT. The shipping price includes a delivery attempt by the courier; if you are not at home at the time of delivery, it will be left at a collection point. In the event that you wish to receive TERESA BERGAMOTA products at several different addresses, you will have to make as many purchase processes as addresses, not being able to choose more than one destination in the same purchase process. In the event that the order is returned to us because it has not been possible to deliver it to the address you have indicated within the deadlines stipulated by the courier company, the order will be sent again after receiving the payment of the shipping costs. If for exceptional reasons we are forced to refuse to process an order, we reserve the right to do so at our sole discretion.
