If the product has a defect or has been damaged during transport. Note the incident on the carrier’s delivery note when you receive it. Tell us about it by email the same day you receive the goods. It is essential that you inform us within 24 hours of delivery by email. Send us a photo by email as soon as possible showing the damage to the product. After receiving the photo, we will send our courier to pick up the goods, which must be returned to us in a box in the event that they had been delivered to avoid possible damage or breakage by transport. Teresa Bergamota will bear the cost of returning the product, we will of course send you the product again at no cost to you, but do not forget to inform us the same day of delivery or we will not be able to take care of it.
On the other hand, in accordance with the provisions of Spanish law, the customer has the Right of Withdrawal by virtue of which you may return the product received if it does not meet your expectations. The exercise of this right must be made within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from receipt and the product must be in perfect condition. The return costs arising from the exercise of the right of withdrawal shall be borne by the buyer. If you want to order another size/size/colour, you must make the purchase again, through the online shop. The refund of the purchase amount will be made once the condition of the goods has been checked, and through the same means of payment used by the buyer. In the event that the products are not returned in perfect condition, we reserve the right not to refund the amount of your order.
The withdrawal process begins by sending an email to hola@teresabergamota.com within 14 days if you have decided to make use of your right of withdrawal. After your email, we will take note of the incident and we will reply with the address where you should send the product/s to us. From here you have a period of 10 days to send it to us. The return costs arising from the exercise of the right of withdrawal shall be borne by the buyer. The refund of the purchase amount will be made once the condition of the goods has been checked, and through the same means of payment you used. We will notify you by email as soon as we receive it. Remember that the product must arrive in perfect condition for us to be able to reimburse you, so make sure that your courier treats the package with care, or protect it sufficiently with the box we sent it in, or in a similar box that protects the product and the product box if it has one.
